Our customers can be found primarily in the processing industry and in engineering. These are professionals from the (petro)chemistry, refining, biotechnology, energy, pharmacy and food sectors. We have a regular influx of candidates through our sites, like www.procesoperator.nl and www.hls.nl. Yearly these are visited by some 500,000 visitors. Some 6,000 candidates apply per year, not all of which, obviously, are process operators however. At the moment we have the names of about 3,500 process operators in our database and new candidates are added every day. Also, we are associated with Vapro/Rewic/AOT trainers. We focus on HACCP and GMP as well. Additionally, we act as mediators for process engineers, WTB and electrical engineers, laboratory engineers, purchasers, project managers, technical managers and other staff in the manufacturing industry. Apart from employment -finding, we offer a host of other services. HLS Personnel Services is an obvious contracting party for these as well. The complexity of today’s employment market demands a completely different approach by our employment officers. They do not only answer your employer-related questions, but are also asked to perform additional services. These can be delivering specialist knowledge within a given expertise, such as reintegration or about the job market as a whole.
