Beschrijving functie
Supports existing business process improvements; acts as the intermediate between operations and systems in an international environment when required acts as second level Helpdesk to provide functional support in his/her area.
Duties and responsibilities:
Good knowledge of the distribution modules in JDE (EnterpriseOne)
Office Microsoft (Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project)
Query tools (i.e. SQL)
Understanding of basic ITIL: Incident, Problem and Change Procedures.
Education, skills and experience
Professional (academic or bachelor level) with 2 to 4 years working experience in business process design and change management.
Have covered a Customer Service position within a Distribution Sales environment (plus).
Team player
Full commitment, pro-active approach and not “nine to five” mentality.
Languages: very good knowledge (verbal and written) of the English language.
Availability for Business Travelling within Europe and/or oversea.
